Willard in Richland Hills, TX is seeking a hardworking Drain Technician who can diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, operate advanced tools, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will lift up to 150 pounds, work a flexible schedule, including on-call weekends, and adhere to safety procedures while maintaining detailed records of services performed.

This role offers $16-$18 hourly plus commission, medical/dental/vision insurance, a matching 401(k), paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve drainage issues including clogs and root intrusion.
• Utilize video inspection and hydro-jetting tools for efficient solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and document services performed.
• Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
