Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative for local, door-to-door outreach in our community.

You will learn customer needs, present Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity solutions, and help customers place orders with a strong emphasis on service quality. You will receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and tools to succeed, with uncapped commissions and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain.
• Comfort using mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) for sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods with door-to-door outreach.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and home connectivity options.
• Assess customer needs and match suitable services.
• Assist customers with orders, billing, and onboarding new services.
• Use company sales tools (iPad/iPhone) to track activity and customer data.
