sdgoodwill in San Diego, CA is hiring a Retail Associate to handle purchases, operate the cash register, assist with donations, and provide excellent customer service. You will help maintain store appearance and support with loading/unloading, auctions, and daily duties.

No prior experience is required; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and you must be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed.
• Must operate a computerized register.
• Must communicate in English; Spanish/English bilingualism preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle merchandise purchases following cash handling policies.
• Assist in moving products to maintain efficient flow and load/unload containers.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet customers and route complaints to management.
• Keep work areas, equipment, parking lot, and facility clean and safe.
• Assist with auctions, board tracking, and setting up the sales floor.
• Assist customers with donations and issue donation receipts.
• Safeguard company property and report incidents promptly.
• Follow daily assignments and department priorities to ensure productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in 4DX initiatives.
