Qualifications

• Entry level sales experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized, including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
