Qualifikationen

• Speak and write English; effective communication with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math to perform transactions and calculations in all units of measure.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Aim to achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and shelving.
• Keep store clean and organized; manage back stock and stocking operations.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and maintain cart/stock accuracy.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; use delivery board system where applicable.
