Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business in our store. The role handles basic automotive knowledge, parts sourcing from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers, and maintains inventory processes.

It can be part time or full time with weekend availability. The position requires strong English communication, basic math, and familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems, plus a willingness to deliver parts and assist customers with DIY services like battery

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use basic math and interpret safety and operating rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
