Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring an entry-level Diesel & Trailer Technician to join our service team in Pennsylvania. If you're reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn, this position offers a path to grow with a premier fleet maintenance provider.

You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, tire and brake work, electrical diagnostics, and basic welding. The role includes occasional travel for training or customer needs and a team-oriented, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must possess or obtain a toolbox and required tools.
• Team player mindset and a professional attitude.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct electrical and ABS troubleshooting & repairs.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
• Keep our shop clean, safe, and efficient.
