Schneider National, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Diesel Technician in Green Bay, WI. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. on 1st shift, with duties to support truck and trailer maintenance and repair activities.

You'll complete routine maintenance, document work orders, and relay status updates to internal customers while assisting with shop duties such as stocking and inventory control. A high school diploma is required; owning tools within 30 days is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Relevant industry experience preferred.
• Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance to include tire changes, minor electrical repairs and greasing.
• Use maintenance software to create and track work orders.
• Communicate status updates to internal customers.
• Assist with general shop duties, including stocking, managing inventory and tracking repairs.
