Rush Truck Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Entry Level Diesel Service Technician to service customers and assist with maintenance and repairs. You will perform cleaning, inspections, part removal and reconditioning under guidance, using proper manuals and procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and ongoing training. A GED or high school diploma is required, with about 1 year of fleet/dealership experience preferred, and a competitive total rewards package is offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year fleet, dealership, and/or technical school experience preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow procedure to diagnose and repair vehicles.

Mansioni

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job order and observe vehicle operation to determine malfunction and plan repairs.
• Inspect guards, bolts, and safety devices; perform adjustments as needed.
• Attend training and stay up to date with factory bulletins.
