This paid educational program is designed to prepare you to become a full-time Diesel Technician. We provide free education on diesel engine fundamentals, tools, and the opportunity to earn a paycheck while you learn.

Here's what you can expect:

• Four weeks of paid classroom training, with all travel expenses paid.
• Free technical education and tools.
• Hands-on training with experienced technicians and a full-time job as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic.
• Work onsite at customer locations performing preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Competitive pay rates with opportunities for raises.
• Starting at $13.08/hr plus a weekly stipend, with increases upon progression.
• Potential to earn up to $21/hr after graduation.

To join, you should:

• Have a desire to start a career as a Diesel Technician.
• Be willing to study hard and dedicate four weeks away from home.
• Be mature, focused, and passionate about vehicle repair.
• Operate an iPad and meet age requirements (21+ to drive our trucks).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Be prepared for background checks, driving record checks, drug testing, and physical exams.
