Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with device repair or technical support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate repairs on smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other devices.
• Assist with teardown and reassembly under supervision.
• Receive, pack, and ship devices per workflow and scheduling.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Participate in live training observations to build repair knowledge and technique.
• Assist with technical training activities, including taking photos and supporting video production.
• Contribute to written documentation for repair activities as needed.
• Support weekly inventory cycle counts and maintain repair/shipping records.
• Communicate repair status and shipping info to store teams; escalate issues when needed.
