B Street Collision in Ballwin, MO is seeking a detailer to join our family-owned team. The role focuses on exterior washing, interior cleaning, and quality checks to ensure each vehicle meets our standards.

We value pride in work, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; buffing is a plus but not required.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAILER?

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
