• Understanding of fabrication, machining, or industrial production processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with simulation, modeling, and design validation tools is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation to support design-to-production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and drive improvements.
• Use engineering software and analytics to evaluate designs and support development.
• Develop and maintain technical specs, drawings, and documentation per quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with product development, design reviews, and engineering calculations.
• Investigate product performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support material selection and other continuous improvement projects.
