Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Indiana to support clinicians, set up operatories, and assist with patient care. This role includes hands-on training and a clear pathway to DANB CDA certification, with flexible scheduling and paid training through our DANB partnership.

As a full-time team member, you’ll help with infection control, charting, and general office tasks while collaborating with doctors to deliver quality patient care in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain radiology and safety certification within the state timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
