Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in the United States. No prior dental experience or certification is required.

You will receive paid training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), while supporting a community of patients daily. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities for advancement as you complete radiology and safety certifications through our DANB program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state-mandated timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control—prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care.
