Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in New York. No prior dental experience or certification is required.

You will receive paid training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and pursue certification to become a CDA, while supporting a community of patients and a collaborative dental team. The role offers a starting wage of $15 per hour, full‑time hours, and flexible scheduling across independently owned locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the state-required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other dental team members to provide patient care.
