Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in the United States. No dental experience or certification is required to apply.

You will receive paid, on‑the‑job training through our DANB program and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), while working with a team dedicated to community patient care. Salary rangе is $15–$18 per hour, with full-time opportunities and flexible scheduling across independently owned locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state-mandated timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
