Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience required; paid hands-on training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You’ll work with a team serving the community, with structured training and growth opportunities during your first year. Salary ranges from $15 to $17 per hour with Full-Time and flexible scheduling options across Aspen Dental locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain radiology and safety certification within state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
