Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to start a career with paid training and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). You’ll receive hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and work alongside a team dedicated to serving patients in the community.

Salary ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with flexible full-time/part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage patients of diverse ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control—prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
