Job summary

AspenDental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Illinois. You’ll receive paid on-the-job training through DANB and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while supporting patient care across procedures.

You’ll set up operatories, manage infection control, and assist with charting and routine tasks. This role offers flexible scheduling and a clear path for growth as you develop skills in a community-focused practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology certification within required timeframe for state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide patient care.
