Job summary

Aspen Dental in Champaign, IL is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification is required to apply, with paid training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward CDA certification.

You'll work closely with a team delivering compassionate patient care in your community. In this role, you’ll assist during various procedures, prepare operatory, manage infection control, support charting, and handle essential office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
