Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience or certification is required.

You will receive paid, on-the-job training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). Salary is $16–$18 per hour, with full-time opportunities and flexible scheduling across independently owned locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
