Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. You’ll receive hands-on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), while supporting a community of patients with a caring dental team.

No prior experience required, with pay between $20 and $25 per hour. We offer paid training, opportunities to obtain radiology and safety certification, paid time off, health/vision/401(k), and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within state requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and pursue CDA training.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
