Job summary

Mary Kay Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to develop holistic demand forecasts for assigned markets and product lines, aligning supply chain and resources. This role begins the S&OP process by translating demand signals into actionable plans.

The candidate will create SKU-level forecasts, participate in multi-functional forecast reviews, and communicate forecast ranges and risks to management. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Statistics/Finance.
• This job requires on-site work at a Mary Kay facility.

Responsibilities

• Create and review SKU-level forecasts for assigned markets.
• Lead multi-functional consensus forecast review meetings.
• Communicate forecast range and risks to the organization.
• Maintain forecast data in the company systems.
• Collaborate with markets, Marketing and Sales teams.
