Job summary

Mary Kay Global seeks a Demand Planner to develop holistic demand forecasts for assigned markets or product lines, guiding true demand signals to align supply chain resources. This role is a critical early step in S&OP, influencing revenue and supply plans across regions, with on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities include SKU-level forecast creation, consensus forecast analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing and Sales/Marketing groups to incorporate demand

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Statistics/Finance required

Responsibilities

• Create SKU-level forecasts for assigned markets and adjust forecasts based on market trends and promotions.
• Lead multi-functional forecast review meetings and document outcomes.
• Communicate forecast ranges and risk/opportunity to markets and supply chain teams.
• Ensure forecasts are entered into forecast systems and aligned with business plans.
• Support the on-site Mary Kay facility requirements for demand planning activities.
