Agency Cybersecurity is a fast-growing venture-backed startup providing cybersecurity and compliance services in Boston. We are hiring a Junior Account Coordinator to support client-facing teams and manage relationships on-site in Back Bay.

This entry-level role partners with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and streamlined communications, with growth potential in cybersecurity account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about cybersecurity and compliance.
• Basic understanding of CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers with client onboarding for a smooth welcome.
• Coordinate client meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up tasks.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
• Help maintain and update client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Track ongoing client projects and ensure timely internal communication on status and deadlines.
• Collaborate across internal teams (sales, compliance, technical services) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for client relationship enhancement and communicate these insights to senior team members.
