Pacific Supply is seeking an entry level Service Representative to assist customers with order related transactions and inquiries in our Spokane branch. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, you will handle input of orders and cash register transactions, delivering courteous service.

This role requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and a willingness to share Saturday store openings on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and assists all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inputs orders accurately into the computer system and operates the cash register to finalize transactions.
• Shares Saturday opening of store on rotating basis.
