Pacific Supply in Spokane, WA is seeking entry-level Service Representatives to assist customers with order-related transactions under the Branch Manager. Previous experience in the building industry is preferred but not required.

Essential duties include greeting customers, inputting orders into the computer system, and finalizing transactions at the cash register, with rotating Saturday opening duties. The compensation ranges from $18.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a strong benefits package

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with order related transactions and inquiries.
• Inputs orders accurately into the computer system and operates the cash register to finalize transactions.
• Shares Saturday opening of store on rotating basis.
