Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
