Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Farmington is seeking an Entry Level Credit Analyst/Finance Assistant to support funding processes for auto deals. The role involves packaging deals, submitting to lenders, recording cash receipts, and maintaining CIT notes.

The position requires a detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn the financing workflow. The successful candidate will work with our sales team and lenders to ensure timely funding and accuracy, with opportunities for training and career growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process car deals and prepare documents for funding.
• Package deals and funding contracts.
• Receipt cash deposits and ensure funds are received.
• Track and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes as needed.
• Send F&I contracts for remittance daily and log contracts.
• Prioritize deals to meet One Hour promise time.
