Position Type: Hourly Pay $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Description

Mercedes‑Benz of Farmington is a world‑class dealership that values competitiveness, adaptability, consistency, respect, and empathy. This role supports our finance team by managing credit and finance transactions for vehicle customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders.
• Process vehicle deals, printing, packing, and scanning paperwork.
• Prepare and send documents to lenders for funding.
• Package deals and funding contracts accurately.
• Accurately record cash deposits and ensure all monies are received during transactions.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account and add notes to the Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.
• Send and scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging each contract sent.
• Prioritize vehicle deals to meet the One Hour promise time for customers.
• Work directly with sales staff; no direct customer interaction is required.
