Job summary

The role blends desk and field work, offers hands-on training, and a path to develop real estate finance and market analysis skills. Strong numeracy and communication are essential, with 1–3 years in CRE preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate or Economics or related discipline with 1 - 3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage own caseload for valuation assignments.
• Research and compile key data from proprietary databases and public sources.
• Perform market surveys and confirm property transaction details.
• Assist in producing appraisal reports and valuation analyses.
• Work under a licensed senior appraiser to gain domain knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and effective client service.
