Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
• Related internship/work experience in finance or banking is preferred.
• Related internship/work experience in a Commercial Real Estate environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor, required.
• This position may require travel within Huntington's footprint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet resources.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze all financial and business information to determine credit worthiness for loans.
• Prepare a written evaluation of borrowers' financial condition and future outlook, and identify strengths and risks of sponsors and guarantors.
• Obtain and follow up on all required documents.
• Monitor financial reporting requirements and analyze loan information.
• This position often leads to a career in CRE lending as portfolio or relationship manager, including sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
