Huntington Bank in Columbus, OH seeks an entry-level CRE Credit Analyst I to learn commercial real estate lending fundamentals. You will gather and analyze borrower financial data, assess credit worthiness, and prepare evaluations for relationship sponsors and guarantors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Internship/work experience in finance or banking preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Completion of Huntington's Credit College may be required.

Responsabilités

Gather and analyze financial information to determine credit worthiness for loans.
Prepare written evaluation of borrowers' financial condition and outlook.
Obtain and follow up on all required documents.
Monitor financial reporting requirements and analyze loan information.
Engage in sales activities in CRE lending as appropriate.
Travel occasionally within Huntington's footprint.
