Qualifications

• Recent university graduate set to graduate Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027 seeking a career in sales/leasing in Commercial Real Estate.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a real estate license within six months of joining Colliers.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and professional communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your sector through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for other service lines and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines and with property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events and client meetings to learn the marketplace.
