Missouri Judiciary is seeking an Apprentice Court Clerk to perform entry-level duties in a court using an electronic filing system. The role begins under close supervision as the incumbent learns court procedures, acts with jurisdictional knowledge, and provides strong public service.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or at least 60 semester hours from an institution of higher learning.
• Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.

Aufgaben

• Performs case processing in receiving and initiating case files; processes judgments, prepares warrants, summonses and garnishments, and manages docket control.
• Reviews legal documents for information required for filing and actions per court rules.
• Performs accounting duties in receiving and disbursing monies and prepares financial reports.
• Prepares court-related documents and coordinates the flow of documents for court assignments and electronic filing.
