Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a clinical support professional to provide treatment services for patients recovering from substance use, eating disorders, or related behavioral issues. You will conduct group and family sessions, assist with treatment plans, and document care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have completed counseling field instruction/internship or practicum.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (DL).
• Licensure or certification for counseling as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and/or family sessions under supervision and document as required.
• Co-facilitate assigned group or family sessions and assist with modifying problem behaviors.
• Provide crisis intervention to patients when needed.
• May plan for aftercare for assigned patients.
• May act as liaison with referral sources, patients, and insurance carriers.
• Ensure timely, clear documentation of patient care, treatment and incidents.

Education
