Worthington Steel is hiring an entry-level Conti-Line Operator to support 12-hour shifts and on-the-job training. No experience required, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a busy manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read all measuring devices.
• Knowledge of hazard communication and hazard energy procedures.
• Must understand safety training and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer orders in a timely manner.
• Ensures the timely flow of material, contributing to process efficiency.
• Moves material to/from a machine with a forklift and/or crane in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
• Oversees order change over on regular orders - setup machines (offline).
• Other duties as assigned.
