STRUCTURAL Hartford office in Cheshire, CT is seeking a Project Engineer within our PECD program, emphasizing in-field learning and development. The role builds competencies toward project management, estimating, and construction management while collaborating across teams to deliver concrete repair projects.

You will master scheduling, budgeting, safety, QC, and client relations, advancing toward leadership with structured mentorship and hands-on development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program is a cornerstone of our growth and development philosophy. About the Team:

Our STRUCTURAL Hartford office is located in Cheshire, CT and is primarily an in-office position. This team focuses on our core concrete repair and strengthening scopes of work on structures in the greater Hartford metro area. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
