Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Project Engineer for its Career Development program in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role emphasizes in-field learning across scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality control, and client relations, with extensive travel to job-sites throughout the year.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, a 2.8+ GPA, and at least one relevant internship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Minimum one relevant internship experience.
  • Ability and eagerness to travel 30–50% of the year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

  • Support project execution with scheduling and production rate tracking.
  • Assist with estimating and budget preparation and cost control.
  • Contribute to safety management and quality control.
  • Engage in business development and client relations.
  • Coordinate field resources and travel to job-sites.
