Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA in Cedar Creek, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician (CMT). Training will be provided and you can get certified. The role focuses on field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure project specifications are met.

Preferred candidates have 1+ year in construction or CMT, with a willingness to work a flexible on-call schedule. Benefits available include health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction or construction materials testing.
• Reliable transportation (truck preferred) for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass a DISA drug screen.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• TWIC card preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment.
• On-call schedule and ability to work off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory tests on soils, concrete, asphalt, and pavement cores.
• Document capacity, penetration, and blow counts for pile monitoring.
• Prepare timely, detailed test reports.
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with technical team and clients on-site.
• Arrive on site on time and communicate with dispatch daily.
• Follow all procedures and protocols.
