Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Construction Laborer for a Lebanon, IN project. This is a contract, onsite role with immediate start and full-time hours on a busy construction site.

You will assist with concrete work, material handling, site cleanup and general labor tasks while following all safety requirements. This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to grow with an experienced crew.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience is required.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials.
• Able to follow safety instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pours and move concrete using wheelbarrows.
• Clean up after concrete and foundation work.
• Tear down concrete forms and safely remove materials.
• Perform general construction site cleanup.
• Move and install jobsite signs.
• Remove dust, dirt, and debris from work areas.
