TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an entry-level skilled craft helper to assist crews on construction sites. You will help set up tasks, follow directions, and perform duties that prioritize safety while keeping work areas organized.

Ideal candidates can read and understand instructions, use hand tools, and work outdoors in varying weather. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some experience in construction or related field.
• Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist craftsman in setting up work as required.
• Follow instructions from superintendents, foreman and crew.
• Prioritize safety and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Read warning signs and operate equipment per safety rules.
• Be prepared to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces.
