Job summary

Atlas is looking for an entry-level CEI Level 1 Inspector to help document construction projects and inspector activities. You will inspect work, complete daily contractor reports, assist with office tasks, and report to the Senior Inspector or Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Some experience in construction inspection, surveying or highway materials testing and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard procedures in documenting construction projects and inspecting job activities to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Complete a daily report documenting labor and equipment used by contractor, including work description and conversations with contractor.
• Assist with office tasks such as plotting cross-sections and computing earthwork quantities.
• Report directly to Senior Inspector and/or Project Manager.
