Qualifications

• OSHA 30 training required.
• First Aid Certification (CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications.
• Maintains an audit trail from estimate to estimate.
• Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing and bid solicitation.
• Disseminates plans and specs to vendors/subcontractors.
• Works with project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
