Jobot is seeking an Entry-Level Estimator for our pre-construction team in Farmers Branch, TX. The role focuses on building accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects and supporting senior estimators with data gathering, analysis, and quantity takeoffs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scope of work, site conditions, and client specifications to develop thorough estimates.
• Use industry-standard tools to produce detailed proposals, factoring in labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to ensure alignment across all phases of a project.
• Present estimates to clients, answering questions and providing clarification as needed.
• Maintain client relationships with regular follow-ups and clear communication.
• Enter and manage sales activity and pipeline data using CRM software.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and historical job data to improve bid accuracy and competitiveness.
