Job Title: Entry Level Concrete Floor Installer

Garage Force of Merrimack Valley is seeking motivated Entry Level Concrete Floor Installer to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces by scouring floors, repairing damage, and removing old coatings
2. Operate construction equipment such as grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers, and hand tools
3. Mix, match, and apply coating systems and finishes to concrete floors
4. Provide decorative and faux finishes as required by the project
5. Handle planning and prep work efficiently
6. Measure and calculate the amounts of materials and time required for each project
7. Tape off areas as needed
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the application process
9. Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. Must be dependable, on-time, and hardworking
2. Painting or construction experience is a plus but not required
3. Ability to pass a criminal/motor vehicle background check
4. Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
5. Ability to travel to job sites in NH & Northwest Boston Metro (no overnight travel)
6. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
7. Ability to perform physical labor for 8-12 hours a day and lift at least 50 lbs
8. Experience with shop vacs, generators, angle grinders, floor grinders, and painting tools is a plus
