Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scouring floors, repairing damage, and removing old coatings
• Operate construction equipment such as grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers, and hand tools
• Mix, match, and apply coating systems and finishes to concrete floors
• Provide decorative and faux finishes as required by the project
• Handle planning and prep work efficiently
• Measure and calculate the amounts of materials and time required for each project
• Tape off areas as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the application process
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable, on-time, and hardworking
• Painting or construction experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass a criminal/motor vehicle background check
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Ability to travel to job sites in NH & Northwest Boston Metro (no overnight travel)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor for 8-12 hours a day and lift at least 50 lbs
• Experience with shop vacs, generators, angle grinders, floor grinders, and painting tools is a plus

Work Schedule:
