You’ll learn slab saws, drills, and wall saw operations while following company safety protocols. No prior experience required beyond basic construction awareness; dependability and a strong work ethic are valued as you gain hands-on

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Pass pre-employment health screenings, background checks, and safety training modules.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to follow job-site safety protocols and use PPE correctly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator with concrete cutting and drilling equipment.
• Vacuum slurry and remove concrete debris.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials for transport.
• Help with routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
