Job summary

Assetworx, an IT asset disposition and recycling company in American Fork, Utah, is hiring a Computer Test Technician. You will test desktops, laptops, monitors, and Apple devices, determine what works, what can be repaired, and what gets recycled, with data staying on site.

No experience required—training is provided. Work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site, with pay starting at $15/hour during the 30-day training and rising to $17/hour after successful completion.

• Interest in computers and IT and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, monitors, and Apple devices to determine what works and what doesn't
• Process equipment according to our data security procedures
• Record accurate details for each item in Blancco, our asset tracking and data erasure system
• Meet daily quality and productivity standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized
